February Currently

I'm glad it's February. January was such a busy month filled with adjusting to 2 new grad classes, many parent conferences and then those {not so nice parents} at conferences. Yuck. That really is exhausting more than anything else. Totally unrelated to anything Currently, but I saw this link on Facebook yesterday and it completely explains my January.

On to February, with all things pink, red, white, and heart-filled. :)

Don't forget to get your shop on, friends! I know many of us are having sales in our TPT shops.

  1. Enjoy your day off tomorrow! May you tackle a few of those things on your to-do list (and not replace those things with more things- haha!) Happy February!

    1. I say it's a day off, and it is, but I took it off for some grad school assignments I have to do AT school. Either way I get to sleep in a tad later and not teach, but observe. I'll take it! Happy February to you, too! :)

  3. Delicious bad food, huh? Now that I can relate to--especially on Super Bowl Sunday. Maybe we'll splurge and order wings and pizza...lol. Enjoy your Sunday and your day off!

    1. I plan to enjoy both! Thank you! You go ahead and order yourself those pizza and wings--I'm thinking more along the lines of cake and all things sugary and sweet. :)

  5. I clicked on your link because I love your blog button design. I also am looking forward to some yummy food at the Super Bowl. It's the only reason I am a willing participant :).

  6. 2 grad classes, teaching, and family does make for a busy semester! Be sure to take a breath every now and then! Hope you are productive tomorrow and are able to complete some of the things you have on your list! It always feels good to cross those "things" off! Good luck!

  7. Hi Mandy! I just discovered your blog and I am so glad that I did! I've been reading through several of your old posts and I'm so encouraged by your creativity and passion. I'm currently student teaching and I love connecting with and learning from other teachers in the blog world. Although I've been living in Tennessee for the past four years to attend college, I'm planning on moving back to the Florida Panhandle to start my teaching career. I plan on applying in Okaloosa County, Walton County, and Santa Rosa County with Okaloosa being my main focus. I noticed that you relocated to Crestview not that long ago, and are currently teaching in Okaloosa County. If you're willing, I would love to chat with you via email about moving to and teaching in Okaloosa County. I have a few questions that you would probably be able to answer since you went through the application/interview process relatively recently. :)
